The Master and the Apprentice Podcast

Ep. 1 – Fake It ‘Til You Make It

Have you ever been in a situation where you were just a fish out of water?  It can be overwhelming, worrying, and even fear inducing… but you can also turn it into a way to learn even more about yourself and gain confidence you didn’t know you had.

Join The Abyss and Dirty Cone Marcus Garvey as they dive into the concept of “fake it ’til you make it“, and how it applies to all aspects of life.

Happy New Years Dirty Cones

What’s happenin’ los conos cocinos?

How are you guys doing?

Awesome I hope. I trust training is going well and you cones are working hard and making gains. So a very nice and kind cone, The Cone Known as Marcus Garvey helped make and design this website, actually he did it all, so I owe him for this help and we hope to make this an awesome forum/place for cones to help each other.

So as you can see not much has been done here; you should all try moving into a house with your fiancee while simultaneously doing Christmas and such. I would not wish it on my worst enemy. Next time I have to move I am just gonna burn the house down.

You know they say people who begin with the word so want to appear intelligent, so…

The plan for this year includes but is not limited to:

Starting a Conefit Group here in SA working with recruiters and other retired PJs and then hopefully helping many Conefit groups sprout up all over, and they won’t just be for Battlefield Airmen AFSC’s but for anyone that is headed in our direction and wants to train harder.

The principles of Conefit originated from:

CSS (Chief Senior Scurve) Nicholas Gilligan
1 STC (Scurvy Team of Cones)
Director of Propaganda

Facebook Page: Cone Fit
Youtube Channel: Cone Fit

Check these guys out email them for their workout and check out their Facebook page, they are onto something and totally dirty scurvy cones to boot!

I am done moving but have The Air Force Wounded Warrior event here in SA this week so this will be all I write this week but will answer questions as soon as I can and hope to have the videos converted to straight audio and either all together or in pieces like on YouTube, let me know and we can adjust as we go.

Hope all is well for you Dirty Cones and Train hard!

Hooyah,

The Abyss
